This Privacy Policy explains how MUSE Creative Collective LLC ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal data in connection with the website letsclad.com, our email newsletter, and the paid CLAD membership community. We comply with applicable data-protection laws, including the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA.
MUSE Creative Collective LLC, a Wyoming (USA) limited liability company, is the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us for any privacy matter at hello@letsclad.com.
letsclad.com itself is a marketing website plus a sign-up for our email newsletter. The paid CLAD membership (live coaching and community) is delivered on the Mighty Networks platform, and payments are handled by Stripe. When you interact with the membership or checkout, those providers also process your data under their own privacy policies and, where they act on our behalf, under data-processing agreements with us.
We share personal data only with providers that help us operate our services. Each processes data on our behalf under a data-processing agreement (or acts as an independent controller where noted):
We do not sell your personal data.
To understand how our website is used, we use Vercel Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly service provided by Vercel Inc. (USA), which also hosts our website. This analytics is cookieless: it sets no cookies and does not store or read information on your device, and it creates no persistent identifiers and no cross-site or cross-device profiles. It collects only aggregated, non-identifying information such as page views, the referring website, approximate region, and device and browser type.
Because nothing is stored on or read from your device, this analytics does not require consent under Art. 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive (in Germany, § 25 TDDDG), so no cookie banner is shown. To the extent any personal data is briefly processed to generate aggregate statistics, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in measuring and improving our website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You may object to this processing at any time (see “Your rights” below).
Because MUSE Creative Collective LLC is organized in Wyoming, USA, and several of our providers are US-based, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries outside your own. Where required, such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards, including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK Addendum) and, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, together with the safeguards in our providers' data-processing agreements.
We keep newsletter data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Membership and billing data is retained for as long as your account is active and thereafter only as long as required for legitimate business purposes or by law (for example, tax-retention periods).
Subject to your jurisdiction, you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to data portability, and to object to or restrict processing, as well as to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing already carried out). To exercise any of these rights, contact hello@letsclad.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in the EU, the data-protection authority of your country of residence.
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you can exercise your data-protection rights and reach the controller directly at hello@letsclad.com. You also retain the right to lodge a complaint with the data-protection supervisory authority of your country of residence.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request deletion or correction, and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. To make a request, contact hello@letsclad.com.
When you subscribe to our newsletter (delivered via Kit), we use your email address to send you updates and offers on the basis of your consent. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can withdraw your consent at any time by using that link or by emailing hello@letsclad.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
We and our processors use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our website, newsletter, and membership are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. The paid membership additionally requires you to be at least 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be communicated through our services or by email. The date at the top reflects the latest version.
