This Privacy Policy explains how MUSE Creative Collective LLC ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use CLAD (the "Platform"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with applicable data-protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and, where applicable, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
MUSE Creative Collective LLC, 75 E 3RD ST, SHERIDAN, WY 82801, is the controller of your personal data. Contact: contact@letsclad.com.
To provide and operate the Platform; to process payments; to communicate with you; to personalize your experience; to improve the Platform; to ensure security; and to comply with legal obligations.
We process your data on the bases of: performance of a contract (providing the membership); your consent (marketing, cookies); our legitimate interests (improving and securing the Platform); and legal obligations.
We share data with service providers that help us operate the Platform, including our community-infrastructure provider, payment processor, email and analytics providers. These providers process data on our behalf under data-processing agreements. We do not sell your personal data.
To understand how our website is used, we use Vercel Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics service provided by Vercel Inc. (USA), who also hosts our website. This analytics is cookieless: it sets no cookies and does not store or read any information on your device, and it creates no persistent identifiers and no cross-site or cross-device profiles. It collects only aggregated, non-identifying information such as page views, the referring website, approximate region (derived from your IP address, which is not stored or made available to us), and device and browser type.
Because no information is stored on or read from your device, this analytics does not require your consent under Art. 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive (in Germany, § 25 TDDDG), so we display no cookie banner for it. To the extent any personal data (such as a truncated IP address) is briefly processed to generate aggregate statistics, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in measuring and improving our website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Vercel processes this data as our processor under a data-processing agreement, and you can object to this processing at any time (see “Your rights” below).
Because MUSE Creative Collective is organized in the State of Wyoming, USA, and serves members internationally, your data may be transferred outside your country. In particular, our website is hosted by and our analytics is provided by Vercel Inc. (USA). Where required, such transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards, including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Platform, then for any period required by law.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data; to object to or restrict processing; and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact contact@letsclad.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Platform is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or by email.
