How the 7-day trial, billing, and cancellations work.

1. Free trial

New members receive a 7-day free trial. Valid payment details are required at signup. You will not be charged during the trial.

2. When billing begins

If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your membership begins and your payment method is charged for the first billing period at your tier's rate.

3. Founding-member pricing

Founding-member lifetime rates (as described at signup) are locked for as long as your membership remains continuously active. If you cancel and later rejoin, the then-current rate applies.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals. You retain access until the end of your current paid period.

5. Refunds

Because we offer a 7-day free trial that lets you experience the full Platform before any charge, membership fees are non-refundable once a billing period begins. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges, and you keep access until the end of your current paid period. Statutory rights to a refund or withdrawal under applicable consumer-protection law are not affected.

6. Statutory withdrawal rights (EU)

If you are an EU consumer, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal. By starting to use digital content during the trial, you may be asked to acknowledge that this right ends once full access is provided. [CONFIRM WITH DAVID / LAWYER.]
