These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CLAD (the "Platform"), operated by MUSE Creative Collective LLC ("MUSE Creative Collective," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, with its registered address at 75 E 3RD ST, SHERIDAN, WY 82801.
By creating an account, starting a free trial, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Platform. By using the Platform you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The Platform is offered as a paid membership. We offer a 7-day free trial that requires valid payment details at signup. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your membership begins and your payment method is charged at the then-current rate for your tier. Membership renews automatically each billing period until cancelled. Pricing, including any founding-member lifetime rates, is described at the point of sale and governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Platform and its content for your personal and business use, subject to these Terms. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit Platform content without our written permission.
You retain ownership of content you post to the Platform ("Member Content"). By posting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your Member Content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform. You are responsible for your Member Content and represent that you have the rights to post it.
Your use of the Platform is subject to our Community Guidelines. We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach them.
The Platform, including its name, design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to MUSE Creative Collective and is protected by intellectual property laws. The marigold mark, wordmark, and brand assets are our property.
The Platform relies on third-party services (including, without limitation, our community infrastructure provider, payment processor, and communication tools). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms.
Content on the Platform is for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, legal, tax, investment, or professional advice. See the Earnings & Results Disclaimer.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MUSE Creative Collective and its members, managers, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MUSE Creative Collective from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your Member Content, or your breach of these Terms.
You may cancel at any time per the Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the State of Wyoming, unless applicable consumer-protection law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction. [LAWYER TO CONFIRM whether a different venue or arbitration clause is preferable given EU/international consumers.]
