These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CLAD, operated by MUSE Creative Collective LLC ("MUSE Creative Collective," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, with its business address at 75 E 3RD ST, SHERIDAN, WY 82801, USA.
By using the website, subscribing to our newsletter, or purchasing the CLAD membership, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
letsclad.com is a marketing website plus an email newsletter. The paid CLAD membership is a live, human-delivered coaching and community product that is sold and delivered through the Mighty Networks platform, with payments processed by Stripe. When you purchase the membership, you also agree to the terms presented at the Mighty Networks checkout and to Mighty Networks' and Stripe's own terms, which govern the account, checkout, and payment experience.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to purchase the membership. By using our services you represent that you meet these requirements.
Your membership account is created and managed on Mighty Networks. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure, for providing accurate information, and for keeping it current. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
The membership is a paid, auto-renewing subscription. A 7-day trial is available and requires valid payment details at signup. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your membership begins and your payment method is charged at the then-current rate for your tier. The subscription then renews automatically each billing period until you cancel.
Purchases, billing, auto-renewal, trials, and applicable taxes or VAT are handled at the Mighty Networks checkout and account, under the terms presented there. Any applicable VAT or sales tax is calculated, collected, and remitted at that checkout, where Mighty Networks acts as merchant of record; MUSE Creative Collective LLC is not separately VAT-registered. Pricing, including any founding-member rates, is described at the point of sale and is subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
You can cancel at any time, on a self-service basis, from your account in Mighty Networks. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of your current paid period. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details and for statutory withdrawal rights.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access CLAD and its content for your personal and business use, subject to these Terms. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our content without our written permission.
You retain ownership of content you post ("Member Content"), which is hosted on Mighty Networks. By posting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute your Member Content for the purpose of operating and promoting CLAD. You are responsible for your Member Content and represent that you have the rights to post it. Your use of the community is subject to our Community Guidelines.
CLAD, including its name, design, text, graphics, logos, and course materials, is owned by or licensed to MUSE Creative Collective LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. The wordmark and brand assets are our property.
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on our website or within the community infringes your copyright, email hello@letsclad.com with a description of the work, its location, and your contact details, and we will review and act on valid notices promptly. We have not designated a formal DMCA agent; user-generated content in the community is hosted on Mighty Networks, and infringing material there may also be reported through Mighty Networks' own process.

CLAD is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty or right that cannot be excluded or limited under the mandatory law applicable to you as a consumer.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MUSE Creative Collective LLC and its members, managers, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot be limited under applicable mandatory law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MUSE Creative Collective LLC from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your Member Content or your breach of these Terms, except to the extent such a waiver is not permitted for consumers under applicable mandatory law.
You may cancel at any time per the Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through our services or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This choice of law does not deprive a consumer of the mandatory protections of the law of their country of residence.
Except where prohibited by applicable law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or CLAD that cannot be resolved informally will be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its applicable rules, with the seat of arbitration in the State of Wyoming, USA. You and we each waive any right to bring or participate in a class, collective, or representative action, and disputes will be resolved only on an individual basis.
Consumer carve-out (EU/UK and other mandatory-law jurisdictions): If you are a consumer resident in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction whose law grants you non-waivable protections, the arbitration agreement and class-action waiver above do not deprive you of those mandatory rights. You retain the right to bring proceedings before, and to rely on the mandatory consumer-protection laws and courts of, your country of residence.
The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform is available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
